Project Lead
Location: Chennai or Bangalore
Work Experience and other Requisites:
- Between 4 to 6 years of experience in analysis, design, development and implementation of OO and /or distributed component based applications
- Real delivery experience with .NET framework including C#, ASP.NET & Web Services
- Leadership experience in assessing team skill levels, prioritizing work and assigning it appropriately, directing team in specific
- project activities, estimation, and facilitating career development
- Experience with Relational Databases is a must - preferably Microsoft Sql Server
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ideally with an academic background in Computer Science or Engineering
Technical Lead
Location: Chennai or Bangalore
Work Experience and other Requisites:
- Around 4 to 6 Years Hands on Experience in Microsoft Technologies such as .Net, Asp/VB and Sql Server. Good Understanding Of .Net 2.0 and exposure to .Net 3.0 Preferred
- Hands on Experience in Previous Versions Of .Net/Asp/VB Database
- Programming Skills - Using Ms Sql Server/Other RDBMS
- Ability to perform High Level/Low Level Design and Implementation
- Troubleshooting skills - ability to design and implement complex systems (scalable, robust solution)
- Designing for performance and scalability
- Ability to understand how products from other technologies can be migrated to .NET
- Special Skills - Hands on Experience in Implementing at least 2-3 .Net Projects and experience in interacting with customers
Senior Software Engineer
Location: Chennai or Bangalore
Work Experience and other Requisites:
- Expertise in C#/ASP.Net
- Good Understanding of .NET 2.0
- Ability to develop module level design and implementation. Ability to estimate for modules
- Should have 2+ years’ hands-on experience in programming with Microsoft Technologies like .NET, ASP/VB and Sql Server
- Implementation experience of at least 2 to 3 .Net projects
- Hands-on database programming skills using MS Sql Server/ other RDBMS
Business Development Executive
Location: Chennai or Bangalore
Work Experience and other Requisites:
- Around 3-4 yrs of solution sales experience in Insurance and Banking
- Domain and Business knowledge on Insurance is a must
- Should have a good track record of meeting or overachieving sales targets
- Should be ready to travel on business
- Should be able to prepare proposal / RFP’s
- Ability to understand customer’s business requirements and make a sale is a must
- Above all, should be aggressive, dynamic and flexible to meet business challenges
